General Seminar Registration Information

Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Register early.  Each seminar has a limited capacity.

You may register online by clicking on the seminar above, unless otherwise indicated in our seminar announcement.  No phone registrations will be accepted.  If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered, you must cancel your registration by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  Please keep in mind that if you do not cancel and the seminar is full, you are keeping another person from attending.  You will be billed for lodging by APAAC if you do not cancel your reservations by the deadline listed on the Seminar page. 

If you have not received a computer generated confirmation within 24 hours of registering for  the seminar, please re-register.  If the website does not let you re-register, please call APAAC at 602-542-7208 to confirm your registration.

If you have a disability that may affect your participation, please notify APAAC with in 72 hours of the seminar.  We want to accommodate all attendees and we cannot assure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification of any special need.

Reimbursement Information
Attorney and non-attorney staff from Arizona state, county, and city/town prosecution offices are eligible to request reimbursement for travel expenses associated with attending an APAAC-sponsored training/conference.  However, please note that for the majority of APAAC-sponsored trainings/conferences, in-county attendees are not eligible to request travel reimbursement.  Reimbursement rates are based upon the State of Arizona per diem amounts, and can be found below.

Attorney and non-attorney staff from federal and tribal prosecution offices in Arizona may attend APAAC-sponsored trainings/conferences as space permits, but are neither eligible to request reimbursement from APAAC of their travel expenses nor to have APAAC pay for their hotel room.

If you are entitled to reimbursement, please send in your travel voucher within 30 days of the seminar date.
